The law of rhythm states:

We all have personal highs and lows along the way. The moon waxes and wanes. Earth has day and night.
I was diagnosed bipolar. I have been in remission for a 2 years, and this is great news.
From bipolar I learned to work with polarity and rhythm and remain euthymic. The secret for overcoming manic-depression involves understanding the 6th law and polarizing to the positive.
Everyone has bipolar tendencies. There are people who have intense periods of euphoria and dysphoria. Mood swings are a part of the universe and the human condition.
Unlike the mental plane and the astral plane, the physical plane is subject to both linear time and cyclical time. This allows for the law of rhythm to show up here.
Time is cyclical, nature doesn’t run by clock. Nature moves through cycles. We have summer and winter, day and night.
Reality always swings back and forth as discussed. Nothing rests, everything moves.
Your state is swinging right to left, back and forth for eternity.
Stability from emotional pulls is essential for success and wellness.
10 steps forward will always be followed by 9 steps back.
Evolution is extremely slow. Progress and regress are almost equal, but good always prevails over evil. Earth’s energies flux. The alignment of the planets move through different signs of the zodiac. There are 13 ages that the earth moves through. We are moving into a new age as we speak, the age of Aquarius.
The Earth has ascended out of a darker age. The next 100 years will impact how conscious people are. The world is waking up.
In 2012 I had a spiritual awakening and lost touch with reality.
I was mind-blown by the extra-sensory ability I had. Following this time of intense euphoria and confidence, I fell into a state of depression that lasted for months. This is the law of rhythm in a nutshell.
Freedom from emotion is equanimity.
You always have emotions and states flux between high and low. Remain centered and mindful while enjoying the good. Stay positive when life seems to be going against you, life is always working for your ultimate benefit.
9 steps back and 10 steps forward.
Knowing extremes helps because you will better understand the center.
Mindfulness and meditation are proven ways to get neutral and natural. The highest levels of consciousness joy are subtle. Higher states are not like a high from drugs which will always result in a low.
Joy is always available. Your soul is constantly embracing reality. Your ego will always find an excuse to resist reality. Never make a big deal out of negatives. At the heart of resistance is ego. When aiming to manifest big goals, sometimes you feel as if you can’t get anywhere. After letting go of the goal and forgetting about it, your goal will come rather easily.
Success is followed by phases where progress is hard to come by. After a while inspiration comes back and success is a breeze again. This is the flow of life.
The law of polarity and rhythm go hand in hand.
To avoid getting brought down by the law of rhythm you must surrender. Going higher requires greater and greater surrender. Give up your expectations to feel accepting of all outcomes. This will help you divorce the law of rhythm. Freedom from push and pull will make you far more effective.
Stay positive to see the challenges you face as opportunities. Keep moving forward, and should you take a step back, simply keep moving forward.
The key to resilience is to keep your eyes on the prize.
